Is Life Coaching for You?

The longest journey of any person is the journey inward. - Dag Hammarskjold

Although I have worked with clients on a wide variety of concerns, the most frequent issues that clients have brought to me are 1) relationship challenges, where they want to improve or cope more effectively with a difficult relationship, and 2) work or career-related problems, where they want to improve something about their job or find a different one that is more satisfying.

In an ideal world, things go smoothly in the major areas of our lives and are free of unmanageable stress and conflict:We have relationships that are loving, respectful, and harmonious; our work/career is meaningful and utilizes our skills and interests; and we live a balanced lifestyle that promotes our physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. However, at some point in most everyone’s life, there are challenges that cause stress in one or more of these areas and we may feel we have lost our way. It is at those times that Life Coaching can help clarify what we need to do to get back on track.
